How Fresh Graduates Apply China Work Permit

There’s coming the graduation season and many people would like to find a job here in China after their graduation.

As usually for the China Work Permit application, the China government requires applicant to have at least 2 years related working experience while it is very difficult for the fresh graduates.

Fortunately, there’s some policy for those who want to stay in China after their graduation, in some of the situation would be possible to apply the work permit directly:

1.For fresh graduates from Shanghai
If you are graduated from any of Shanghai Universities with bachelor degree and your employer is registered on the Free Trade Zone(FTZ) area or Zhang Jiang High Tech(ZJHT) area, you are able to apply the China Work Permit directly without 2 years working experience.
If you are graduated from any of Shanghai Universities with master degree, you are able to apply the China Work Permit directly without 2 years working experience (All Shanghai Employers, not only FTZ or ZJHT). In this situation, the Work Permit bureau require your average score of your transcript more than 80.

2. For fresh graduates from other cities in China
If you are graduated from any other China Universities with master degree, you are able to apply the China Work Permit directly without 2 years working experience (All Shanghai Employers, not only FTZ or ZJHT). In this situation, the Work Permit bureau require your average score of your transcript more than 80

3. For fresh graduates from other countries
If you are graduated from High Level universities on the world with bachelor degree, employed by the Headquarter of International company, Investment company or R&D center, you are able to you are able to apply the China Work Permit directly without 2 years working experience

If you are graduated from High Level universities on the world with master degree or above, you are able to apply the China Work Permit directly without 2 years working experience
